Big Day Film Collective is proud to present Ancient Light, an exhibition of sustainably made astronomical photographs made by UK photographic artist, Melanie King.
Join us for this incredible exhibition connecting astronomical photography with newly refined sustainable photographic practices. Melanie hand processed and printed these stunning photographs using environmentally sound techniques such as caffenol, seaweed, and mint tea. These processes give film photography and darkroom printing a unique and subtle look.
